Ok..so stupid me has been slacking in the paperwork department. I was looking at the AMHR/ASPC work order and it said 3 year olds have to be DNA'ed.. i guess i never relised that as this is my first shetland... it said had to be done by december of 3 year old year.. what happens after that??? i couldnt' find any info on their web page on DNAing them.... help !?!?!
 
Do you have a registration paper on the pony already? If you do yo don't have to have it DNA's. You only have to DNA if it has never been registered.
 
ok great! yes he already is registered i just have to do the transfere. I assumed the way it was written they ALL had to have DNA done.. that will be a good thing since i'm broke right now and probably wont be able to get all my registry work done as it is without all the late fee's..LOL
 
Nope not right now, if he is registered, just transfer him, but don't forget the photos!

On a side note - I can see them requiring this in the near future though.
