Here it is Jody:

8 med. size baking potatoes baked (about 4 lbs)

2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

16 oz. sour cream

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup milk

1/2 c. butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

salt and pepper

6 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon

4 green onions, chopped

Yield: 8 servings

Peel potatoes, and coarsely mash pulp with a potato masher. Stir in 1 cup Cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bacon and green onions.

It was such a big hit with all the men in the family I have to double the recipe and make sure they don't fight over who got too much! I make it the day before and refrigerate it until about 30 minutes before I put it in the oven. ENJOY! Kathy

We have done it ourselves for the past decade-plus... Michael loves to cook and so he does a whole turkey plus sides for the two of us!

This year, Michael's mom and step-dad have moved about an hour and a half away, so we're going to their place for TG... Michael is in the house baking pumpkin pies and custards for a dozen or so people!

We shall see how it goes!!
