Do you ever dream of the books you read? Sometimes I think what I read affects what happens in my dreams, and then there's times where it's like I'm narrating my dream (like I'm reading what's happening). Anyone ever have that happen?

What about those great dreams you have that you know would make an amazing book? Sometimes I wake up wishing I was gifted enough to write a whole novel about what I drempt.

I dream music and have actually worked on song or chord changes I was memorizing -- I've also come up with design ideas in my sleep...I think that's a bit weird!

And since I wake up to NPR's Morning Edition, I frequently dream about news stories, giving them my own little dream world twists...

That's really neat. Do you write down your dream ideas when you wake up? I used to think up poetry when I was trying to sleep, so I had to keep paper and a pen by my bed so I wouldn't forget. It always looked like chicken scratch in the morning. Lol
