Eye color ???

Any one had a foal with gray eyes? Our 2 week old colt's eyes look gray and we are wondering if they will stay that color.

What color is your foal? It is pretty common for silvers to be born with greyish eyes. They darken as they get older.

Not sure what color he is. Looks sort of dark gray with lighter gray on his legs and tummy. Inside his ears is really light almost white. I am not good at all on colors.

My four week old filly's eyes appeared black when she was born, but are now lightning into a blue/grey colour. I was hoping for a blue eye filly, but I think they will stay grey. Her grandmother has another son that is full grown and his eyes are definitely grey. So it does happen. My filly does have silver in her too.
