Is there a directory assistance for cell phone numbers?

Also, is there a way to find out someone's unlisted phone number online?

Marty, if you go to the phone service's website, they will probably have a listing for a site to check numbers. Think one is reversenumber.com or similar. Cell numbers are rarely listed

and worse, w/most bills, they are listed purely as incoming calls, w/no locale or number given. Good luck!
