Could not get on the forum most of the day yesterday, Thursday.

Could not get on for over an hours this morning. Friday

Is it just me? Or others? Need to know to see if I got a port blocking something.

Thanks

carolyn

Same here, hasn't been working for me! I thought it was going under maintence too, but I guess not!

I also have been having issues getting on the forum. It seems that it is the foum its self that is the issue as I tried to use a back door as well and was getting page can not be found. As of right now I am able to get both of my links to the forum working ok, but a little slow at times.

I wonder if it is because of the holidays and everyone being home?

Just a thought, make sure you clean your "cookies" and clear your "cache" often. If that gets built up, you can start to run slowly.

Careful if you clear all your cookies you might have trouble doing things like on-line banking, getting around eBay and many other sites that use cookies to help navigate. I cleared all my cookies once then had to try and remember all of my passwords that I had not used in months. I just set my limits so that cookies are restricted and they do not seem to get out of hand.

Only problem I had was trying to get on earlier today....page was not available. But I'm here now!

Don't have to worry about that, each time you visit the site it sends you new ones. You can open up your "cookie folder" and select which ones to delete.

Empty your Temporary Internet Files and shrink the size it stores to a

size between 128MB and 512MB..

- Open ONE copy of Internet Explorer.

- Select TOOLS -> Internet Options.

- Under the General tab in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, do the

following:

- Click on "Delete Cookies" (click OK)

- Click on "Settings" and change the "Amount of disk space to use:" to

something between 128MB and 512MB. (Betting it is MUCH larger right

now.)

- Click OK.

- Click on "Delete Files" and select to "Delete all offline contents"

(the checkbox) and click OK. (If you had a LOT, this could take 2-10

minutes or more.)

- Once it is done, click OK, close Internet Explorer, re-open Internet

Explorer.
