German-Made Pony Harness

I have a beautiful leather harness, pony sized (single), and I am trying to determine its value. I have to clean it up but it is an extremely well-built harness. The brand is Fraghm (sp?) I believe. I'm hoping you guys can help shed some light on this for me. I'm hoping that it will clean up well and has kept its value.
