I want everyone to know that Cathy has been so quick and helpful on my email questions for AMHR. I am sure the job is really stressful at this time of year.
Just an FYI--I questioned not getting hall of fame points for a first place in amateur obstacle driving. Here is the response I received. I always keep electronic copies of my horses reports from AMHR for reference yearly.
I dont understand all the rules for Hall of Fame but hopes this helps others.
I'm sorry - I looked at the open class. Amateur classes do not usually receive HOF points - however, driving does. I will contact our software techie and ask them to please fix this so that ALL amateur driving classes get these points. I am sorry that this was not caught earlier and will get it corrected. There is nothing I can do until the software is corrected as this is all entered/tallied automatically by the program.
