Hello all I am Becky, I live in texas with my 3 kids my hubby and our animals.We have 2 mustangs adn we are looking into getting a mini for our daughters therapy.Just havning a hard time finding one that isn t out of our budget. we also have several dogs a couple cats and 7 goats 2 of which are just 3 days old. Hope to get to know some of youguys soon.

Welcome from New Hampshire!! This is the best place on the internet!! did you say you wanted to get "a" mini? Such as ONE?? Ok, here is the first thing you will learn here. Minis, are like potato chips! I guarentee you, you WON'T stop at one!!! Perhaps someone else can guide you in your area as to where to find one, oops! I mean two at a reasonable price! Yep...you're going to fit in just fine in the World of Minis! I don't even have children and ended up with 25 minis!!! Welcome! I am new to the forum too. It is a great resource.

I cannot imagine that there is not a special mini right in your area that would love to have 2 "owners". I have seen a lot of folks on here from TX. I am sure that you will be hearing from someone soon. Good Luck. It has been my experience with minis...you don't actually find them...most of the ones on my farm have somehow found me. What part of Texas are you in? I live in College Station, Tx.

I no longer have minis. Have you heard of The Monastery of St Clare in Brenham. They have minis for sale. Sister Angela would be the one to talk to if you were interested in seeing what they have. Also there are others from Tx on here that I'm sure will be posting, and also the sale board.

Hi Becky, Welcome from SW Mo. I had a Biggy (big horse) before I got into mini's. Started with just one and NOW up to 4. Right NOW I have no more room in the barn unless I move the horse trailer out which my husband refuses to do.... BUT, I'm workin on it. Seee you just can't have one. That's what I was told from the beginning. They're addictive.

LOL I was wondering when you were going to say something sis lol. I have been looking for our first mini for the last 2 years.I finally found one that I really like and I am just waiting on a few pictures and then I shall see what you guys think. I am sorta on the fence about this mini but we shall see what other pics the owner sends me
