Hey CRONEWOLF, how long does it take to buy, and get a doublewide set up? I've seen some of those and they are beautiful. I've never lived in one, just one more thing to do before I die. LOL

Ginny my intent was to shove a new 4 bedroom double wide on our 15 acres because it is in the valley 5 minutes from town and not on a mountaintop. The dirt for the pad is already there and so was all the perk test work done required for septic. We were all set to go. Then we had to change our minds when this place up here did not sell. But the double wide could have been set up in two days.
