You will have a seperate user id and password for each of the registries as you will eventually be doing registry paperwork and stallion reports through the application and this is a way to make sure AMHA goes with AMHA and AMHR with AMHR.

This is a work in progress with BOTH registries, so patience is needed.

Ok, I signed up and did a search by owner; 5 of 6 horses came up (6th horse was just purchased right after the first of January, so I didn't really expect her to be under my name yet on this program). Only odd thing... Each horse is listed twice and I can't see a difference in the listings.

I really like this program, it's very neat.

I see lots of advantages here- pretty cool. Many R horses I saw listed in duplicate- most of them actually.

I am not sure what the 'sp' means either.

I was able to look at both A and R under the same ID once I logged in...

Ok, I feel really cheated here. I can't get it at all!! When I use the click given in one of the first few responses here, I get "site not found" or something similar to that. Also, I did it in my URL space for address horsestudbook.com & same thing. wwhhhaaaaa...........

i see the registered names of all my mare's babies (My Prince Charming has a full brother named Prince Charming........just with a diferent prefix

and i found out Sugar has had 6 babies!!!!! 4 were fillies :bgrin

and Princess has only ever had colts it looks like.....hmm interesting!!!

On the Left hand side there are several little round logo's and down toward the bottom is the ASPC/AMHR logo ,just click on that and there it is , YOU must have a different sign in ID and password ,, than what you use for AMHA

I ddin't have to have a diff sign in. I was signed in (well, "hubby" was???) with AMHA. Then I clicked home or somethign like that, then clicked the logo for AMHR, and was still signed in and able to "play"

I did to a horse that I own but we never transfered the papers (hubby's driving horse, no showing or breeding, so...). And the entire time it had me logged on under hubby's name (I REALLY wish it would let me be me!) and still has my AMHA horses under my maiden name (even though I changed it with AMHA... my AMHR horses are under my married name)

Sept that I havent transfered is AMHA papers, so he is still in the breeders name - and it says he is in the USA, but he was born here in Oz... anyway, i feel mighty special LOL Even put a photo up for him!
