How come I can't post pics anymore?

The little tool bar where the Font, size, img thingy etc. is all greyed out.

This happened once before a long time ago and I had to reload Java and Adobe Flash player. This time I already did that but its still greyed out. Anyone have any ideas?

When you click so the bar shows up greyed out, there is a little lightswitch looking icon in the upper left of the box, click on that, and you should be good to go for the icons. To post pics, you click on the "more reply options" box below the text box, it should reload the page with a picture upload box below the text box. Hope I explained that well enough to get you there.
