I currently have 11.....only because I haven't sold any of my babies this year! And this is after I said I was going to sell EVERY single one of them this year.
2 Breeding stallions
1 new colt
4 broodmares
3 fillies
1 filly still at the trainers
I'm constantly amazed at how many people think I have a much bigger herd & request sales lists from me. I'm small & like it that way....so, since I'm keeping all of this year's foals...I will definitely be selling a couple of my adults to keep my numbers down to where I'm "comfortable".
Own 35 horses and At this moment have 46 on the farm.......
So rundown is -
Stallions -( 3)
Colts 2 under- (2)
Geldings - (2)
Fillies 2 under-(12)
Broodmares - (13)
Have (3) others not listed above that are for sale, though I have advertised them yet - trying to update my website, which learning to do myself is taking a while, they are yearling colt, weanling filly and shetland mare
Have (7) SOLD horses that are still here, some waiting till weaning, others until several months in foal before I ship out, others waiting on transport out...
And still have (4) outside mares here for breeding
We own 32 and all are minis except for one percheron gelding and one very old pony mare but we currently have 44 at the farm right now. Have sold most of the foals but they are not weaned and gone yet and also have sold some mares that are getting bred back plus have some outside mares in for breeding so that's why the extra horses are here. 10 of those sold or in for outside breeding will be leaving within the next couple of weeks.
