how to reply to a question

I put my answer under the question but it copies the question first. How do I get around that.

Click on the "add reply" button at the bottom and you will get the blank reply screen. Do not use the +quote or "reply buttons

You just need to scroll down a little farther to find the ADD REPLY button.
