My husband just turned 61 (yeah, I know, I married a MUCH older man LOL). And as a surprise, I had made reservations for us to take a lunch cruise in Nashville on the General Jackson showboat. So we get up, as usual, and he puts on his grubby clothes (wait....ALL his clothes are grubby) he gets dressed and I ask him so innocently what he was planning on doing. He says maybe he'll get on the tractor and mow. I tell him, not a good idea because we have to be in Nashville by noon. He was very surprised. On the way out of our neighborhood, we pass this:
In case you are wondering...they are vultures. I told him they were just waiting for him to drop dead of old age. Like I said, I am soooooooo bad.
Seriously, though the day was absolutely perfect. They entertained us from the minute we got on until the very moment we arrived back at the dock. The food was wonderful and everyone sang the "Happy Birthday" song to him.
