Sorry to post again.

My mare that has no milk, her foal has disappeared. She looked bigger a couple of weeks ago.

I was thinking maybe my breeding dates were off. So I was comparing photo's. Sheeeesh..........this one

I don't know.

A few weeks ago:

Sorry I'm confused....is the same mare you posted about in the Bute thread?

Edited: I'll read better next time...it IS this mare (with no milk).

She does look less dropped in the second picture, but maybe the foal is just repositioning? I have one due any minute that changes shapes all the time...sometimes she looks like she swallowed a beachball, other times she looks like the beachball deflated and is hanging under her...it changes.

Sorry, I know I'm no help..

Do you have breeding dates??

I was assuming she took last May 13th. But I see she may have taken in June? My notes aren't the best from last year.

: Since her shape was small I thought maybe the date was wrong till I checked back on photo's from a few weeks ago and looks like the foal is in position?

No way she could have lost the foal, she has been in her own small paddock for a month.
