I put Dusty in the bitting rig again today to ground drive him. Something clicked and he did every I asked of him and he did it all right. I may try tomorrow to put the side poles on him. I even took him out on the street and dirt bikes, cars and barking dogs didn't bother him. I may beable to try putting him to the cart by next weekend. Fingers crossed. The only thing that was really hard was keeping up with him at an easy trot going up hill. Also, now that he is getting his appy spots he really looks cool.

How exciting! I love the feeling of knowing that the 'day' is almost here! Good luck, and get plenty of photos to share.

And I have a Diva...so we are all starting "D" horses...

I cannot wait, but alas, I haven't been too consistant with her...will have to get down to it, and get it done.

I cannot wait to see pictures of your Dustys all hitched up and ready to roll.

Oh yeah, then there is the Duck.

So we will have Dusty, Dusty, Ducky and Diva...how "D"-lightful.

If your horses name doesn't begin with "D" it needs to wait till next year.

Then we could have, Edgar, Edward, and Everglyde.
