If you are a student you can collect Student Welfare. I know an earlier post gave you that advice.

I thought Reble gave you some good advice and if you can not work it out at home, then it sounds like your Mum would certainly sign so you could collect student welfare.

You are still very young and if not a student, then go back to school and get as much education as possible. Maybe go on to be a Vet or Vet's assistant when you are an animal lover.
