Assuming enough money after taxes to do so:
Pay off House, tractor and Truck (and misc debt).
Build a medium/small size log cabin house and donate our house trailer to a charity.
Anonymously donate money to local food bank and some local charities.
Build a nice workshop for my husband for woodworking and working on motorcycles.
Try to buy the 30 acres next to us and fence it --- including woods. (lots of wildlife live in it).
Buy a new cart and a small trailer.
Have my husband and myself retire -- and sock away the rest of the money for the future.
then -- start some sort of hobby business -- not sure what exactly -- maybe making soap from goats milk or some such and selling at local farmer's market --
