Jill, Congrats on your new boy, Starter! Hes adorable! May I ask (I still have trouble w/color especially on the younger ones)......I dont see him as a buckskin and I think its because I always think of buckskins having darker legs/manes/tails. Am I to assume he will darken later. Do you have a photos of his Mom and Dad. I think I remember ... you have always been a buckskin enthusiast...so it doesnt surprise me that you added another one to your herd!! I dont have any but I do like the buckskins too. Heidi

Heidi, Starter is buckskin (see darker mane, dark tinge to tail). He's pretty young in the pictures and he may be a silver buckskin, and if so he won't have pitch black points, but he's "some kinda" buckskin
