I body clipped Jinx friday morning and snapped a few pictures of him carrying on this morning. Tomorrow my dad & I will be taking Jinx down to the creek for some posed pictures but I thought I would share these with you for now.

I just love this boy!

Here are a couple of baby Time. I have to include her, she has such a pretty head but I can't seem to ever capture it with my camera.

Yesterday I took the dogs down to the creek. We usually throw their ball in the water but rocks work just as well. Here is Maggie & Lucy my dad's Britanys retreiving rocks out of the creek. They're bird dogs can't ya tell?

And here is Copper my corgi. He won't stick his head under water, so he retreives sticks.

: and SO do I!! :bgrin OMG do I wish I had the nerve to breed Shammy just one more time but she's 16 and don't think that would be fair to her?

Besides with my luck breeding Buckskin to Buckskin I'd get chocolate or somethingLOL Her last three were fillies and all Palominos, bred to a dark Bay ?. then she had a sorrel filly. Not sure which order as we didn't own her then.

I'd want a Buckskin filly to carry on Shammy's sweet disposition. she's the best natured girl and patient to a fault with us old people

Enough dreaming, congratulations on a drop dead gorgeous stallion. I've always loved him every time I've seen him. AND JMHO we like the candid pictures almost better than formal! But be sure to post those too ok?

I think i would breed again 16 is still young. i have bred my thoroughbred mares as old as 24. because they were rather uncontent if they did not have a baby and would try to steal the foals from my other mares. So i would go ahead and breed her and try to get another baby from her as most mares will let you know when they are tired of having foals.

Great pictures Sheryl. Love the head and neck on Jinx. I see now that Cooper goes in the water and has a ball. Sorry to see you have your Shetlands up for sale.

Maxine, I know some people who have had horses that are 25 have babies, so I don't think your girl is to old yet, they would have a nice baby together!!!!!!!

Thanks everyone for the wonderful compliments on Jinx.

Capall Beag, I think he knows he is a special boy too. I can only hope that his foals are as nice as him.

Loved the pictures. I especially like the one of Copper, but I guess I'm just partial, since we were the lucky ones to cuddle him as a pup. He was a great traveler.

I don't blame you Sheryl, he's wonderful!! What a handsome man.
