I was just thinking about sweet Abigail. How is she doing? Prayers still going out...

Hi

Thanks so much for asking I just got off the phone with my daughter for my "Nana report" Abigial had a good day Wendy learned how to give her a sponge bath and do skin care. She is nursing well and maintaining her weight at 4-14 right now

My son, Tom and his wife are going in tomorrow to see her. Wendy continues to hold up with this difficult schedule- this weekend mark can help out a lot Last night her daddy was "christened" while changing her diaper His comment was "Wow I didn't know girls could do that!"

Such a wonderful report. If the plumbing works that's the best sign! Please keep us informed. Prayers till flying your way.

You are all wonderful caring people( but the I knew that!) My newest project is finding preemie clothes They want her to be dressed up in warm clothing to see how well she can maintain body temp withut special gear I was disappointed at the lack in this area I did find some at Baby's R Us( rip off!) & Sears said (over the phone) that they have some

People do not get it that regular newborn is way too big I normally would not go out & buy her clothing so much at this age but she needs to try out her "thermostat"!. Any one have any ideas or know of stores in the northeast ?If I had extra time I would sew but hate dealing with those stretchy or fleecy materials

Thanks in advance

Our little Gabby was a whopping 4-2 when she came home. We had a good friend who once worked aat a doll factory make clothes for her using doll patterns . We had such fun dressing her. Walmart her carried some preemie clthes butthey were too light. She made the baby some blanket sleepers which she lived in mostly. Then we brought a doll to fit the clthes for her first birthday she still plays with them. Aways wants the story about they were her clthes and shes now 7.
