I found what is supposed to be a Jerald mini Roadster on Craigslist and had agreed to send the woman a money order tomorrow morning to hold it. However, I forwarded her pictures to Tim Gordon at the Jerald Sulky Company, and he says after looking at her photos that it is NOT a Jerald cart. I guess he should know, but can someone please tell me where the nameplate/number would be on an "older" Jerald Roadster please?

Most Jeralds have the nameplate right in front of the basket on the crossbar. They also have small dot stickers on the sides of the shafts, also at the crossbars. And third, they should have a number stamped into the wood of the shaft- usually the right shaft, I think.

My cart, which is a '98, is missing its plate but you can still see the nail holes. It does have the stickers and is stamped on the shaft.

Thank you soooooo much. I ended up passing on the cart because she could find no plate and I did not want to commit to it sight unseen (other than photos) without knowing who made it.
