Oh I DO like that blue. Is her other eye blue, too?

Andrea

I like the blue, but I still like the black and gold the best. I always think the simple, elegant is the best bet.

I can't pick! And glad I don't have to!!!

I like gold and black or blue and silver

I just got the blue from Ozark to put on my black and white boy with blue eyes. Boy does it look sharp on him.

My favorite would have to be the black and blue, but I also quite fancy the black and silver on her, either I think look very sharp on her!

What about a darker or royal blue? One that would compliment her eyes, not match. Otherwise, the blue and silver is my vote.

No, I like it too!

It is my favourite one.

I thought it really complemented her and her pretty face.

I also like the fact that it is different. Tho I would also have to admit that I also do like the blue and silver. It does set her eyes off very nicely.

When I saw those blue eyes, my first thought was blue. Having seen the blue on her (picture,) I still like it best. I usually like clean and simple, black and silver is my second choice. For the fun of the "bling" factor, bronze and gold gets my vote for third. I think almost any of the choices could work for that pretty girl!

Hi Lori -- as I scan back & forth on these my eye keeps stopping at the Black & silver-- really accents her nice white head (IMHO) LOL -- nice filly

BLACK and SILVER, which kinda blew me away. I would have thought black and gold. Or the blue. She has such a pretty little head the blue maybe too distracting.

How the heck did you do those pictures I would love to do this with my horses.

I am in agreement with you - I think the blue IS too distracting. Mabel has a pretty face all on her own and I think I am likely going to go with a little more plain and simple like the silver and black. I think it is because of all her white and her blue eyes even though she has the warm colour patches. I think her muzzle will clip out more black and the silver will look good.

I took the photos of the halters off the websites selling them and closecropped them and dropped them onto the photo of Mabel. It was my sister's idea - she thought maybe I could try on the halters we already have and see what I liked there, said it was too bad we couldn't try on the ones we were looking at to buy and I said we have plenty of time to send one back if it just looked awful. But then she pointed out that we would get dinged for the taxes and delivery twice! Can't have that

and I thought "why not 'try' them on a photo???"

Thanks Amelia! and others that have commented. I am really pleased with this little girl. She is exactly what I have been breeding for! I think she is put together really well and she sure can move for only 28"!!! She has tons of spunk and is very showy and upheaded and at the same time she is a little lovey - she should show really well at halter and down the road make a lovely driving horse. Mack gave us 2 beautiful girls last year and hopefully will repeat the feat again this spring as I bred their moms back the same way.
