Hello! I am looking for lightweight trail cart suggestions!!

My mini here is Fancy, she is 30 inches tall. I broke her out to drive this past summer and I am wanting to really hit the trail with her this year.

My current cart pictured is imo a little big for her. We had to do some custom adjustment of the shafts to get them a better width for her. It's been a good starting cart, but i feel it just seems big. I want to cut as much weight as I can. This cart just seems heavy.

I am looking for something light and durable. I do NOT want to use a hyperbike or K bike style cart simply because she is still a little green. Maybe someday but not right now.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Oh gosh, I was going to recommend a K-cart because it's so stable and the best thing (in my humble opinion) for starting green ponies in driving. I've used mine for first drives on 4, soon to be 5 and I've only had it almost 2 years. I am absolutely not a fan of the hyper "bike" styles at all. I don't like having my feet up in stirrups. It's uncomfortable at the doctor's office, I'm not doing it while enjoying pony time either! But the basket is awesome, adjustable, stable, and I love it!

But... If that's just not your jam, BP Voiteur in Quebec makes delightful easy entry types with hydraulic suspension that are good to go through most anything. They are aluminum so quite light weight. It's called a Chicoine.
