I am so sorry for your loss. I have lost foals before but luckily never a mare. It is hard no matter what. I hope this is the last of your bad luck and happier horse times are heading your way.

Losing a horse is a tragedy...so hard, so hard...I will post this again here: There is a website to make pet memorials that really helped me in my grieving process, I don't know if you would be interested, but here is the link just in case.

It is completely free, and has a homepage, three picture pages with some room for extra text, and a memorial board that you are the admin of. Like I said, this might not be what you need right now, but it did help me for one.
