lots of sickness?

our school seems like right now. A cold that robs the voice for a few days? Also flu like conditions are taking out teachers right and left.

I have been lucky there as i have escaped it but a chronic condition I have is back and flaring up really bad.

Last time ended up on a morphine pump in the hospital only to find out i can't take it. I fogure i am better off taking care of my own little chubby body!!!

I have declared getting sick out of the question!!!

I am having way to much fun!!!

Keeping up the old white light!!

I swear by echinacea 400 mg a day. For the past 2 years (knock on wood) I haven't even had a cold.
