Maine Miniature Club Summer Fun Show

Things are coming along great for the show. Who's coming?

The entries have been rolling in and there are several new exhibitors coming as well as a bunch of regulars!

I would expect to see several of this years foals out as well. A good chance to get ready for the Sept show and Futurity class.

Hope to see everyone there! You don't have to be a member to show!

I'll be there too with one of my mares. My husband is such a sweet-heart. He's coming along to entertain our daughter(6 months old).

We'll be there with a yearling mare and Link, our stallion.

Hillary says Link is doing really well driving so I can't wait to see his improvement. We're going to practice driving him during down time cuz he's coming home with us for a while before Hillary takes him to AMHR Nationals in September.

The mare has never been in public before so it should be interesting! lol

Oh, and I have a new camera so hopefully I can get some good pictures!

I just checked on facilities this evening and the ring has been regraded and dragged. Looks nice compared to last show. PA system is up and working and the outside sound should be going as well.

Being inside should help if it warms up. That ring usually gets a breeze from one end to the other.

I've got 6 clipped and 5 more to go! Not enough days in the week!

: and I had to break down and buy new ones as mine havent come back yet!! Always something, Ill be bringing jumps and obsticals. Im glad it sounds like we will get a good turnout Kath

I'm bringing a few to show, and I think I'll have a late entry as a friend decided she'd like to try showing. Time to start getting the babies out there!

Will there be a crane available to help me stand up while I'm showing the babies? :lol:

I'm definitely getting too old for this!

I just checked weather and it should be much better than today! We had 96 in the shade today. Sunday is looking much cooler in mid 70s and less humid!

Show judge is Jennifer Hartwell.

Jen getting too old???? I must have 20 years on you. I am bringing 4 babies and 13 total. Not all ours.

Linda, Hope you got more clipped than I did today! Ok if you did any you clipeped more than I did.
