Actually, we just have him for a "test drive" right now.

I need name ideas. He's been called both Digger and Max. I kinda like Digger and have been calling him that. He seems to come to any sound or word.

I also like the name Tank for him.

He is an American Bulldog. He just turned 1 year old on Nov 24th, so he's still a puppy. Probably wiehgs in at about 80 pounds or so.

It was very hard getting a good pic of him cause he just wants to be right in your face.

Please excuse the mess as we still have Christmas boxes laying around.

I am so glad you got him! He looks alot like my Jake, except Jake is brown brindle. I am sure he will end up close to 100lbs as Jake is only 1/2 American Bulldog and he weighs 95lbs (well he might need a diet

Oh Sharon, he's so handsome! Now, take him in hand quickly. Hold his muzzle and talk directly into his gorgeous eyes. Explain than Mommy is not very strong and he is such a big boy he needs to be SOFT. Use cookies and hold it into your hand and say "soft" until he barely takes it. Once he has that he'll learn soft for hugs, walking, sitting anyhting. I guarantee he'll learn soft quickly. I can feel it! He is so lucky to have a 24/7 mommy. It's just what he needs. Is he neutered? If not do it asap. Have a squirt bottle handy or a penny can if he does anything naughty and use QUIT not no. Be the alpha female and he'll be your loving slave. I'm so tickled for you. A new man, hubby just may get a mite jealous. As for a name...ask him.
