Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows of the person who makes mini carts up in Minnesota. They guy is a welder by trade and started making metal carts for minis. He may have big horses, too. I am trying to locate him to see if he can repair my cart. I don't think that he is too far up in Minnesota and maybe is in the southeast corner of the state. I think he shows in CDE, too. Thanks for any help!
