Missed part of meeting

Could anyone fill me in on what I missed at the end?

I had to serve some customers & when I returned the meeting was ending.

Just had time to notice some discussion about the horses in adoption.

Had to leave before I could read it all.

It was their annual meeting which I assumed was open to the membership. Hope so cause otherwise I gatecrashed. lol Mainly the executive board members & a couple members attended. They discussed plans for the year...

I'm new to CMHR so I thought I'd get involved.

It's such a great group with such a worthwhile cause.

Yes CMHR members are welcome to the meetings. I will see if we can set up an email

with the members e-mail address and make sure everyone gets the link to the meetings

the time and date.

If someone wants draft of the minutes of the annual meeting let me know with their

e-mail addy and I will send a copy.

this was the annual meeting held once a year just for members. Im kinda dissapointed that only 2 members came but i know everyone is busy. This is to give members a chance to vote and tell us what they want to see etc. I did post this several times on all forums and the saleboard. Since we did not have enough members attend to vote (there was no quorum of members) we held a BOD meeting immediately following to vote in the board.
