Need Odd Size wheel for cart

We need to replace a wire wheel on our easy entry cart and have been unable to find the right size. Not sure of the brand name of our cart. I bought it new about 8yrs ago. The wheel is 20". Most of wheels have measurements have at least a 3" hub, but ours measures 2.25". Unless we're measuring wrong. Is there anywhere to buy odd size wheels?

Check with these guys...but keep an eye on load rating. I have never seen such narrow hubs on a wire spoked wheel. I have use that width on carts using a nylon/poly wheels such as you can see here.
