New mare coming

My neighbour has bred minis for years but has not been about for a few now (marriage babies etc)

So I'm going to loan one of their younger mares to show and if allowed breed. Going to go up and see her next week

she's about 5 I think. Pally (my fave)

Exciting to consider new opportunities and possibilities! What makes Pally your favorite? Love to hear what attracts individuals to specific horses!

Visually, I am always drawn to the darker horses, which is funny since we have 9 and only one is a dark bay! Love them all for their versatility and wonderful dispositions - plus the cuddle factor. Serious amounts to hug here in MN in the winter!

If I were a weaver/spinner I would be tempted to try a few things.

I just love how cute pallys look I dunno. My first Barbie horse was a pally! I love dapple grey too. I think they're just a little more different - everyone has a dark horse lol

Hopefully get to see her tomorrow.

Just need to decide if I want to take her now and work with her or get her after I go on vacation in May/June which leaves me only a week or so to work with her. But then again she lives next door so having her now is not an issue cause the owner will see her everyday anyway and maybe look after mine too then when I'm away lol
