I take a lot of photos and usually after I get them printed I think, "Why did I take that?"

I have been dreadfully neglectful of getting updated photos of my mature mares on my website.

Several of the photos of my mares were taken as two year olds and they fill out and change quite a bit as they mature (not to mention color changes in some). I finally got time and took a lot of photos (and still have one or two I need to update) and got REO to update my website, especially my Mares Page. I think she did a really great job.

One mare in particular that I am so proud of is High Tops Hannah. She is my favorite (I can have at least three or four favorites can't I?)!

Hannah was nearly Black when we bought her as a yearling and as a two year old this is what she looked like.

Here she is at three.

She is now a four year old and I think one of the most photogenic mares I have.

Thanks Robin for updating my site.

LOL, are you sure you got the photo links right? I don't think she can change that much! Isn't the bottom pic your Redrock mare?

And yes, IMO you can have as many favorites as you want!

Well, you have me wondering what is going on. The links are right on my computer. The pictures should show a nearly black filly in the snow with reindeer antlers, a gray filly in a field of red clover with my daughter, and then a nearly white/gray mare. If my Redrock mare (Redrock Im Just Flashy, a Sorrel pinto) is showing up on yours, try refreshing the page as I have just updated.

I always liked Hanna but, wow, she's pretty in her last photo Freeland! Surprised me how her color has changed.

It's a pleasure doing your site

Freeland, that's a beautiful mare! I love her face!

I've had several grey mares in my herd and now only have one left. Breeding for pintos, grey is not the best color choice! The one I still have, Misty (your Flashy's dam), is homozygous for tobiano and out of 6 foals, she's only produced one grey! The rest have been chestnut or black pinto. She had the most beautiful black pinto filly this year, Santa Maria, that I'd love to keep, but I can't keep them all. Sigh....

Very nice, I love her coloring in the second picture as well. Too bad we can't keep those greys that wonderful color

It looks fine now, but originally the last picture was of Im Just Flashy. That's weird!

She's very pretty, and I do love grays!!
