I wouldn't say tobiano. I have always thought tobiano had to cross the back, but then again there are some that are not marked that way that will test for it! Testing really is the only way to know for sure! I would test for LWO like the others have suggested though, and I agree with the chestnut coloring. Maybe sabino as well. He is very handsome!
