Did anyone watch the news this morning?
The Gov of CA wants to tax all visits to the Vets!!! Vet fees are high enough, Thank you very much... I already pay them with money taxed a number of times.
People have less money right now... so the Gov has nothing better to do...than think of things to make it even worse.
Problem with NH.... only the good people will comply and the bad people won't, nothing will change to how many horses get rabies shots. For some folks on the edge...they may not be able to pay the extra fees to keep an horse. So where will all those new homeless horses go?
