I have never seen a horse like that but I did buy a Ewe that was one, unknown to me at the time. Couldn't get a lamb out of it, so had the Vet check it over. It was fully plumbed for both sexes. Hidden and it the right placing, she also had a full male set up, but it was just in the abdominal wall.
