On a happier note...

Mia has two very special four legged men in her life. Sheriff, her 2 year old Gelding (Flying A's Superman) and Desi, her 4 year old Gelding (Flying A Black Magic's Maybe A Rendezvous). These boys are so incredibly special to our family and to THEIR Mia, have no doubt about it, she belongs to them.

Sheriff was pretty rotten in his class with Mia, but not towards Mia~LOL Desi was his usual near prefect self. He even let ME show him in several classes, including my first ever versatility class...which was a BLAST

My husband actually took the pictures, and when Laura and I saw the last photo she posted for the first time, it brought tears to both our eyes! I think that is one awesome shot!

And sitting here, looking at those makes me think of when my girls were so little. Ever since Mia started showing, we have taken some of my girls very special and *lucky* show vests from when they were young and given them to Mia for good luck. She actually showed Rocket last year in the same vest Jessica showed him in years before that. It is so special to see them grow up! I can't wait till those same *lucky* vest get passed on to the next "one". Maybe a new one of Laura's or a grand baby for me in at least 10 years or so! LOL! (
