According to Mark Bullington (I'll put it all on him...), the person in charge of the horse show has said they will have AMHR classes. The website is yet to be updated, though.
The OSF is a great horse show, with some ADS carriage classes as well as a vast array of breed classes. The atmosphere and camaraderie in the horse barn and classes is wonderful...a true, old-style fair setting in the dog days of August/early September. I've had such a great time in the past and I really hope AMHR is back and that those classes have many entries. It's very close in time to Nationals, but if you're not heading to Tulsa, be sure to come! We'll definitely be there.

Excellent! Might be a good time for an "unveiling" of a new driving horse.

The Oregon State Fair has continued to have AMHA classes as long as I have been announcing it. The AMHR classes were discontinued a couple of years ago because as the fair is so close to the time people leave for the AMHR National Show, the participation had declined.
The last time I talked to Margo Hepner Hart (the Horse Show Manager for the Oregon State Fair), she indictaed they were more than likely going to add the AMHR division again.

Do you suppose Margo would be swayed by emails from those anxious to have AMHR classes once again? If so, and if I had an email address, I'm not above grovelling...
