So very sorry to hear of the loss of your mare and foal, but joyous in the mare and foal that are left behind. Fast thinking on your part. I know there is a hole in your heart but also joy at seeing your wonderful mare adopted a little guy in need. I know the little colt will grow up big and strong and make his dam proud.
