Thanks everyone for the comments of this little fellow.
We have been working with him for halter and this boy is he ever little and so willing. He has a different type of brain than of what I am used working with being the shetland crosses, but that will be fine, he stands up and acts like a big boy !
I am not used to having anybody this tiny with bending over and such. We have mostly taller horses being classic and modern shetlands with not having to lean over as much, which is better for my back when you have 6 plus to get ready for showing. Inky sure has a ton of hair on him already since he came from South Dakota. He will be the smallest horse on the farm now and then our modern will be the largest around 41 inches as a yearling.
I imagine I will clipping this guy on my knee's in the spring. LOL
