Just got these off my camera this morning. Trying to distract myself from thinking about tiny.

Kyle and Jet had a great show but not much competition

Seemed like there were a lot more ponies competing last year. Somehow they messed up the Jr champ class and made kyle go in with all the sr geldings but he did get the jr championship! he was pretty excited. He came in 4th out of 4 in youth. 1st in showmanship but no competition. 1st in yearling geldign but no other entries

By the time we got to youth jet was so tired from waiting and just didnt show as well. Because of the thunder storm we had to take him up early and stand on the side of the arena. Poor kyle and jet stood there for almost 2.5 hrs as his classes were all mixed in. I looked like a wet rat all day.

Thanks for the pictures Kay Kay ...that rain storm is not what we needed since it took longer to get the classes run thru and Story was getting impatient as well waiting, but we still had a great time in Ohio and looking forward going to Congress. Scott has told me that he has a BIG surprise for me at Congress, I can hardly wait to find out. He has been teasing me since yesterday about it and it will drive me nuts until then. See you there and perhaps be able to chat more since we will have more time there than Ohios show.

. I wish i could have made it. Looks like you guys got as much rain as we have been getting up here.

I cant believe the classes were so emty, last yr my classic gelding classes were pretty large at worlds.

PS: I didnt know Kyle was doing showmanship? With a yearling in showmanship he is doing pretty darn good lol.

Hi: The numbers might have been down because of that icky virus that is going around (see Belinda's Rumor Mill etc). I know one farm from CA pulled their animals because of it. Others from other parts of the country might have too. Thanks for the pix. Congrats on your wins. Ta, shirlee
