Question about AMHA Breeding Report

I am breeding my mare to a friend's stallion and she was bred in May and I got

the breeders certiciate and she put her on the stallion report on the days that she

was bred at her ranch.

Well she didn't take so she went back to the breeder and my question is:

Does she leave her on the stallion report for the first breeding or does she have

to make a new report and just put her down for this second breeding?

She should remain on the original report with the days she was covered. I don't see the necessity of an additional report, just add the days she is again covered to the original report.
