When AMHA transfers are sent in, are digital photos accepted? I plan to take digital ones, then I can send them email to a retailer here who prints them on good photo paper at only about 50 cents each. I'd just go pick them up & send them to AMHA. Do you think AMHA will accept those?

I can get better shots (cropping etc.) and don't have to spend the money for film, developing. The time involved would also be minimal, since I wouldn't have to wait for the pix to "come back."

Absolutely! I only have a digital camera and take all of my registration pictures with it. Print them right here at home and send them in. I've been doing that for years now. Saves lots of time and $$$$$! No waiting and speculating on whether you get 'registry worthy' pictures or not.

What type of printer do you use. I can print a pic on photo paper and it is kinda crappy, on card paper it looks great. I am thinking of a better quality printer but not sure which way to go.

Try using a different setting when you print. When you go to print you should have a button to pull up the properties and from there you can change the quality and type of paper used. Most times this should fix the problem.
