gonna bump this up for those who may not have seen it yet.

i know bonnie will appreciate every sentiment. i belong to a saltwater aquarium forum. when gary died, i had well over 100 entries in his guest book from my fishy friends. i printed them all out and saved them. they mean the world to me.

I didn't even know about an online obituary! If you hadn't posted this Charlene I would never have known this existed!

I am so thrilled!

The Forum family have kept me going thru this time. I really believe it is the love and prayers from all of you that have kept me on my feet. I really really believe this.

Now think about it if you get 1 or 2 hours of sleep a night you might be able to keep going for maybe 3 or 4 days I did it for weeks. I KNOW it was the prayers you sent to the angels that they give me the strength I am using then and now to keep going.

I thank you with every ounce of my being.

I will get thru the funeral this weekend thanks to all of you. I am so very grateful for the cards and gifts I have received. I sleep with the cards on my bed with me and I feel them with my hands and read what you wrote and cry and feel so surrounded with the caring you have sent. It gets me thru the nights, when I admit I am scared. I have built a little sanctuary in my bedroom and am still watching the t.v. at 3 a.m. and rereading all of your cards I have with me on the bed. I have never watched t.v. much past 9 now I watch the tonight show the late show the early show. etc............

How do I say thank you? I don't think it is near enough. Words are not enough I wish I could express myself better.

Please know I am so very grateful to you all.

bonnie, i'm sure there are many more entries to come. obviously, you are much loved and larry is much loved through you! print them all out if you can, keep them with your cards, they will be a huge comfort to you in the weeks to come.

it's ok to be scared. remember what i told you.

larry is already watching over you and he will continue his vigil until it's time for you to join him. when things seem overwhelming, grab your favorite picture of larry and hold it close. you will feel his strength.

i think i can speak for everyone here when i say we don't need thanks from you. our reward will be seeing you grow stronger every day. don't worry about stumbling and don't worry if you even fall down occasionally (figuratively, of course!). we will all be here to help you back on your feet.

i know you will make larry so proud as you lay him to rest. God bless you, bon!
