Saw preview of today's show. Not sure exactly what it will be all about but sounds like it might be interesting.

Also have any of you tried the green coffee bean extract?

I saw the show on the green coffee bean thing a couple of weeks back. Havent tried it but would also be curious to know if anyone has?

I am going to try and will let you know. Being menopausal or post now has really changed my metabolism, no fun. I have never put weight on in my mid-section but I find that is where I am gaining.

I saw the recent show this week on this also. I am curious, he advised to look for certain things when purchasing this product. Did you find what it was he described?

I am on holiday and haven't gone out yet but I plan on doing so tomorrow. I will let you know tomorrow if I found the product.

By what I gather, there are many poor quality types of this product, which do not actually contain all the necessary ingredients. Look on his website to see exactly what they must contain, to be effective. And not one of these products, which have his picture or suggest he recommends the product, is true.

Yes, I heard that on his show- a lot of products seem to be stealing his name/image to try to sell their stuff. I will not support those that do that sneaky kind of advertising.

Well I went to the natural product store in Kemptville and found them. I asked the saleswoman and she knew immediately the ones I was looking for, the "ones Dr. Oz was talking about so I bought a bottle "Pure Green Coffee Bean by genesis Today". 50% chlorogenic acids.

They were $30 for a bottle of 60 capsules. Now I live in Canada and perhaps the cost of the brand I purchased is less in the U.S. I see that Walmart sells a brand but what I read is they have other additives so stay away from those.

I am going to start them tomorrow and going to keep a journal. I will let everyone know the weekly results

Not going to weigh myself till this coming Sunday but I can report that these pills seem to also act as an appetite suppressant, at least that is one of the things they are doing for me.
