Miss Tooter is here!!!
Or as we are calling her...........Tooty, Toostsie, Tooter Butt.........or as I have dubbed her......Bug Face
I have NO idea where that nickname came from
We picked her up early yesterday morning from the rescue in Oklahoma, and she traveled wonderfully all the way back here to New Mexico.
She's already settled in nicely and definitely thinks she rules the roost, she's having a blast being pushy to our other dogs who outway her by 50 pounds or more
They keep looking at us like, "sheesh, why'd you guys bring home a growly tazmanian devil."
So here she is with my Mom, before we left the rescue. My Mom was being goofy with Tooter's big huge ears, and they are ENORMOUS!!!
And in the car, upside down, how she likes to lay a lot
And this morning with me, under the covers, she's an under the covers dog
We aren't really thinking that her Dad was a West Highland Terrier now that we've seen her.
The Mom was definitely a Chihuahua, and Dad was obviously some kind of Terrier. We were thinking Westie, but her hair is extremely soft and silkie and very very thin, and she has tan markings everywhere. So we are now thinking either Wire Haired Jack Russell or maybe Cairn Terrier.
Here is a picture of her ears........what do you guys think breed wise???
Thanks for letting us share our new girl
