WOW! Beautiful picture!!!!!!! How did you do the date on it?

I use a process in Photoshop Elements (which would work in the full-blown PS versions too). I'm doing a "Project 365" this year and I'm dating the photos like this that I post to my 365 blog.

If you'd like more detailed instructions, just let me know.
