I missed Survivor last week; last night I turned it on 10 minutes late so missed the recap they give on last week's show--later reference was made to Bruce being the one that left last week & that he had spent a bit of time in the Panama City hospital before coming back to be on the jury.

What happened that Bruce had to be in hospital? I take it that he left the show due to medical reasons, not because he was voted off last week? All I could guess was that he had complications from that machete cut he had earlier?

Bruce got badly constipated. Bowl and bladder problems. He was in a lot of pain, they called in the medics and took him off the island.

His bladder and colon were completely blocked.

It's really a shame he had to lose his chance at the $$ because of his medical problems. My daughter and I have been speculating about him being offered the chance to return to another show later on.

As for Bruce coming back on another show--maybe they would invite him back, if he wanted to come. I was disappointed to see he was gone. I had thought he was one of the best "survivors" on this show--on that one early episode he could find food when no one else knew there was anything around to eat, he was quiet, not at all objectionable, a strong player in the challenges (of what I saw--I have missed a few episodes this time around)...

Now, who do you think will win? I'd say Terry is the most deserving--but I think in the final vote he will lose. Am I wrong?

I think Terry is too much of a threat and as soon as they can see it he will get voted off. I too was sad to see Bruce go...good gosh man why did he wait that long to have them call in the medics? He put himself in real danger. Shane really needs an attitude adjustment, he's all drama. It's hard to say right now who will win. Once I'd like to see a change in the game where it is totally based on survivor skills dictating who will win not whether you scored enough brownie points with the tribe.

I agree Terry is definitely a threat to them all. But, as long as he can keep winning the individual immunity challenges, they'll have a hard time getting rid of him. Remember he has the hidden immunity idol too. Definitely would like to see him win this one.

Also, would definitely like to see Shane voted off (shoulda happened weeks ago)!!

I've been surprised Cherie has lasted as long as she has.

I haven't kept up week to week, is Bruce the guy that did Tai Chi (or something like that)...I really liked him, he seemed like an all around nice guy.

That Shane guys is odd....who got voted out this past week? I missed the last 2 weeks.

I can go either way with Terry, he seems nice and he has the hidden immunity idol, but when all is said and done, the jury gets to vote, so if they don't like him as one of the last 2, he won't win. I do have to say, he

seems to give his all in the challenges I have seen.....

There is my 2 cents, not worth even that actually, since I haven't kept up with the show this time around....I think I am getting "survivored" out. :bgrin
