Those not-so-good books

A Kindle doesn't allow you to jump around? How does it mark where you left off in a story?

You can move around, but you have to move page by page or by searching for words or bookmarks. It's just not as intuitive as thumbing through the pages. I could jump ahead, but I'd be doing it "in the dark," so it's not as inviting.

While you're reading a book, it remembers the page where you left off, so when you re-open the book it automatically takes you to the right page, even if you're reading several books.
